Unihockey (eigentlich Infloorballen) ist eine Mannschaftssportart aus Skandinavien und ist eine Kombination aus Elementen des Hockeys und Eishockey. Es handelt sich um eine Hallenvariante des Hockeys, die in gemischten 4er Teams gespielt wird. Die technischen Voraussetzungen sind gering und das Regelwerk ist sehr übersichtlich.
Anfänger und Fortgeschrittene: Der Kurs richtet sich an alle, die diese faszinierende Sportart einmal ausprobieren wollen, egal ob Anfänger/Fortgeschrittene. Neben der Technik und den Regeln, steht der Spaß am Spiel im Vordergrund. Schläger und Bälle werden gestellt, also kommt einfach vorbei!
