Levels
Level 1: Learning the correct jump posture, controlling jumps and braking is the focus here. This includes the basic jumps such as seat, half screw, back, stomach and their combinations. In the further course, forward and backflips are learned.
Level 2: Building on the basic jumps, you will mainly work on learning new jumps. The focus is also on stabilizing and improving the technique of tricks that have already been learned.
