Parkour and freerunning are disciplines of natural movement, i.e. only using the abilities of your own body. It's about the fun of movement and the desire to continually develop yourself rather than competition or impressive stunts. Parkour focuses on efficient movement. The aim is to move through your surroundings in an effective but also elegant way. In comparison, freerunning focuses more on creativity. It's less about arriving somewhere and more about incorporating the surroundings into varied jumps and creative movements.
Everyone is welcome in our course, regardless of whether you already have many years of experience or want to start completely new. At the beginning we will introduce you to the basics, including safe landing and rolling as well as your first jumps over obstacles. You then have the opportunity to help shape the content of the course and decide for yourself where you want to focus. Please bring comfortable clothes (long pants are an advantage, but not absolutely necessary), indoor sneakers and something to drink.
